The Blackwell Flycatchers rallied for seven runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to defeat the Garden City Wind 21-20 in a wild Pecos League game.

Garden City built a 20-14 lead behind 15 hits, including home runs from Peyton Lewis, Kaden Kirshenbaum and Ben Bach.

Kirshenbaum led the Wind offense, going 3-for-5 with a home run, three runs scored and seven RBIs. Bach added two hits and four RBIs, while Lewis scored four runs.

Blackwell answered with 14 hits and completed the comeback in the ninth. Kabrel Johnson powered the Flycatchers, going 3-for-4 with a home run, three runs scored and five RBIs.

Shane Morrow had two doubles and three RBIs, while Dario Paredes drove in three runs. Marlon Bates added two hits, two runs and two RBIs.

The Flycatchers scored the winning rally in the ninth with RBI hits from Shane Morrow, Marlon Bates, Trey Watson and Isidro Jimenez before Kernan Alba reached on an error to bring home the final run.

Garden City finished with 20 runs, 15 hits and four errors. Blackwell finished with 21 runs, 14 hits and three errors.
